Education Progress Tracker, ("Education Progress Tracker", "we", "us" and "our") is highly committed to protecting you and your children's privacy. We use Apple Analytics, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity services to monitor app usage i.e. number of installations, types of devices, geographies, number of crashes, how the user interact with our application/website etc. All these data help us build better apps and provide better user experience.

All of our Applications are COPPA and FERPA compliant.
When users subscribe to our Applications, they are prompted to provide information such as their first name, last name, email address, date of birth, mobile number, school name, location, syllabus etc. A lot of these data are optional and users can choose not to provide these data if required. Only the data that are mandatory for the application to work properly are marked as required. All the data entered by the user is sent to our server and persisted in our database. This information is strictly used to create a customized experience for the user and is never sold to any other Third Party.

From the mobile app we automatically collect information like device id, phone model, make, OS version, brand, network connectivity status etc.
